Electron affinity of undoped and boron-doped polycrystalline diamond films
Original language description
The negative electron affinity was revealed on the as-grown and H-terminated polycrystalline diamond films by XPS and UPS. The positive electron affinity was revealed on the O-terminated polycrystalline diamond films. NEA reduction was observed after hydrogenation of the as-grown polycrystalline films in plasma.
