Original language description
To find out the bearing capacity of the layer of the sleeper bed the static plate load test is used. During this test is under the load plate the pressure induced and is the depth of the deflection of the load plate watched. The alternative way of the static load test could be the impact load test with the use of light weight deflectometer used. During this method, the deflection of the load plate of the same avarage like at the static plate load test is used, but from the impact pulse in this case.
