    Driver for laboratory set-up for infiltration experiments with optical microscopy imaging is a full working set of instructions operated by CR800 Campbell Scientific data logger. The driver controls the ponding water level in the sample container via monitoring the pressure in a pressure transducer and activation of digital peristaltic pump. The communication between CR logger and the pump is done via RS232 port activate the digital peristaltic pump. The infitration rate is then calculated from recordedtimes of pump activation and pump dose.
