Original language description
The paper is focused on practical applications of geogrids in the stabilisation of aggregates in railway tracks. The results of a comparative laboratory study with cyclic loading are further verified on a long-term basis under operating conditions on a railway track in the Czech Republic. In both cases, the behaviour of a biaxial and hexagonal monolithic geogrid in combination with a separation geotextile was monitored.
