Specifications of m&e requirements in the bim model in the context of use for facility management
Original language description
The paper addresses the specific requirements of the BIM model that is implemented in the CAFM system, and envisions subsequent implementation for facility management. For facility management, it is important that the BIM model contains comprehensive information and data on both the construction and the technological building systems (M&E). The specifics of the M&E parts in the BIM model to be used in the operational phase of the construction project need to be determined in advance in order to input relevant data into the model during the preparatory and construction phase. This prevents inaccuracies between the project documentation and the actual status or loss of data during the classical management of the construction process and subsequent commissioning. In this paper, the structure of the data and information about the technological systems of the building to be included in the BIM model implemented in facility management are determined.
