Original language description
This is a program for numerical simulation of clot growth in the blood vessels in the presence of blood flow. The code is based on a biochemistry model described by a set of partial differential equations of advection-diffusion-reaction equations. The blood flow is described by a generalized Navier-Stokes equations with shear-thinning viscosity function. Whole system is discretized in space by a central finite-volume scheme and integrated in time by an explicit Runge-Kutta method.
