Experimental investigation of the turbulent velocity field in a pilot plant mixin vessel with four axial high-speed impellers carried out by laser Doppler anemometer in the impeller discharge stream. Following flow characteristics were calculated from experimenal data: impeller pumping capacity and total volumetric flow rate of agitate liquid.
