Optimization of Dexterity and Workspace of Fibre Driven Mechanisms
Original language description
This paper deals with the criterion of optimization ensuring tension forces in all fibres of fibre mechanisms and new conception of fibre mechanisms and their geometry. Tension forces in all fibres are achieved by antibacklash control principle. The global computational tool for stiffness, dexterity, collisions, fibres' load by tension and reduce installation space of machine was used for finding optimal variant of structure geometrical layout. Then we have designed new types of fibre driven parallel mechanical structures and solved their geometrical layout.
