*Optimization of Gas Exchange Process and Air Management of Future Internal Combustion Engines
Original language description
*The report relates to the research on modern boosting systems that are applied on various internal combustion engine layouts. The research is conducted by means of simulation software GT-Power. The boosting system are compared in steady states in termsof the overall and partial efficiencies, including the advantages related to their control and synergy with aftertreatment systems. This initial research serves as a basis for further development of the methodology of optimization of gas exchange processand air management of future internal combustion engines.
