The aim of this paper is to verify the methods by which marketing research applied online, in real time (Real Time) in the automotive industry, eliminating the discrepancy between static and dynamic information. Real time access is providing more timelyand more accurate result than classical methods of marketing research. This also contributes to the integrated management of industrial enterprises, which can be in the current turulent environment regarded as a competitive advantage.
