A liposome is a spherical vesicle with one lipid bilayer. Liposomes are using as a vehicle for administration of nutrients and pharmaceutical drugs. The general elements of the procedure liposomes involve preparation of the lipid for hydration, hydration with agitation, and sizing to a homogeneous distribution of vesicles. New type of formation phospholipid liposomes from double emulsion templated is produced in a microfluidic 3D flow focusing PDMS droplet generator.
