Dynamic simulation of a driving wheelset on the roller test rig
Original language description
The paper is concerned with the simulation of the dynamic behaviour of a driving wheelset with a partly sprung drive and the axle gearbox. The roller test rig is able to simulate loading which is closer to the real state. The tested wheelset can be loaded both by means of the torque and the loading from the roughness of the rail track. The driving force influence can be also simulated. Dynamic behaviour is described by the system of dynamic equations of equilibrium. These equations are determined generally nonlinear thus the numerical solution is used to obtain the time behaviour of the desired movements. To obtain the natural frequencies of the system, the power spectral density is calculated. In this paper the first results that proved the correctness of developed dynamic model are shown.
