The paper presents the basis of the modeling of the cable driven mechanism and his control. To have good inside into mechanic of the cable driven mechanism the initial task is to model a planar mechanism driven by the cables. Following the initial task is a planar mechanism equipped with an additional active structure, which has to offset the smaller movements.
