    One of the biggest demands on the mechanisms in these days is their precision. The cable driven mechanisms have many advantages but one of their biggest disadvantage is their precision. One of possible way is to enhance precision of the cable driven structures using added piezo actuated platform. This create parallel multi-level cable driven mechanism, which is possible to enhance cable driven platforms properties, but brings back some additional problems. This article tries to outline possible solutions to some of these problems.
