PROTOCOL OF PRODUCTION OF CELL SIZED LIPOSOMES USING MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE AND THE EFFECT OF PLASMA TREATED GLASS ON LIPOSOMES FIXATION
Original language description
In this protocol, we describe the method of production of cell-sized, unilamellar liposomes using proposed by us the microfluidic device and the effect of plasma-treated glass surfaces on liposome fixation. Hydrodynamic flow focusing of fluid streams applicate by syringe pumps give rise to emulsion droplets. The aim of our study is to create liposomes with controlled size for testing their mechanical properties.
