IMPROVING THE ACCURACY OF LIGHTWEIGHT FLEXIBLE MECHANISMS BY USING ADDITIONAL ACTUATORS AND SENSORS
Original language description
This article briefly describes the possibilities of refining mechanisms using active structures. It focuses on the two biggest shortcomings. Insufficient measurement of compliance and lack of actuation. Insufficient metering is presented on a serial kinematic structure and a solution with implementation into the control system is presented. Insufficient actuation is presented on the fiber parallel mechanism, again with the solution of implementation into the control system.
