Original language description
The paper presents an original method of designing state variable feedback in time delays system assigning the dominant system poles on prescribed positions in the s-plane. A specific criterion of pole dominance is introduced based on residue evaluationconnected with system characteristic quasi-polynomial. For the feedback parameter adjustment a design method based on application of a gradient-based parameter setting has been developed. The prescription of desired zeros as crucial problem of the synthesis is aided by a new procedure of mapping the characteristic quasi-polynomial over selected region in the s-plane.
