This contribution describes hardware implementation of the Kohonen Self-Organizing Map (KSOM). Kohonen Self-Organizing Map are used in applications for speech signal processing in our laboratory. Because we have been working with a lot of data, we have been investigating various ways how to accelerate the computing itself. One of the possibilities is the proposed hardware accelerator.

Tento příspěvek popisuje hardwarovou implementaci Kohonenových map (KSOM). Kohonenovy využíváme v naší laboratoří pro zpracování řečových signálů. Protože pracujeme s rozsáhlými datovými soubory, hledali jsme způsob, jak urychlit výpočty. Jednou z možností je navržený hardwarový akcelerátor.
