    Study of testate amoeba ecology by use of confocal and two-photon microscopy. Testate Amoebae are microscopic unicellular organisms with a shell, living in peat, soils and lake sediments. Using confocal and two-photon microscopy it is possible to visualize their shells and inner structures.
