Physical Exercise application intended for seniors as the target group of users serves as a tool for controlled training with feedback based on motion gestures detected by accelerometers. The application was developed using up-to-date knowledge from several fields. The whole development process was driven by User-Centered Design technique. Application is based on results of research in field of iDTV, user interaction, medicine and health. Experimental interaction method using voice gestures for navigation in graphical user interface was also implemented and tested together with alternative methods
