Change of Resistance of the Systém Au/p-CdZnTe/Au Caused by the Temperature Gradient is studied. While the samples with bulk concentration 1016cm-3 show the expected course - the resistence with increasing temperature gradient is decreasing, quite opposite course has the resistence change in the samples with low bulk concentration. Explanation can be found in the charge redistribution by Gurevich theory (phys. stat sol. (b) vol.231, (2002) 278)
