    Optical Properties of Nanodiamond Membranes

  • Original language description

    Optical absorption, photoluminescence, Raman scattering, and dispersion of refractive index have been investigated in thin films of nanocrystalline diamond with thicknesses within the range of 375-1260 nm. Nanodiamond films were deposited by microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition in hydrogen-methane plasma on silicon (100) substrates. Typical nanograin sizes measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were found in the range 210-470 nm.

    Optická absorpce, fotoluminiscence, Ramanův rozptyl a disperse indexu lomu byli zkoumány na tenkých vrstvách nanokrystalického diamantu s tloušťkou v rozmezí 375-1260 nm. Nanodiamantové vrstvy byly připraveny mikrovlnou plazmou zesíleným chemickým vylučováním z plynné fáze ve vodíkově-metanové plazmě na křemíkových (100) podložkách. Typické velikosti nanozrn stanovené pomocí rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie byly v rozmezí 210-470 nm.
