Study of Car Industry Components Using X-Ray Diffraction and Barkhausen Noise Analysis
Original language description
The contribution is focused to present results of study of car industry components such as camshafts and case-hardened and nitrided parts of clutch by X-ray diffraction measurement and Barkhausen noise analysis. Quantities of surface integrity as residual stress , magnetoelastic parameter, magnetizing voltage sweep, magnetizing frequency sweep , and microhardness of surface layers were examined and compared . Influence of grinding and rolling, case-hardening depth and nitrided layer depth were examinedas well.
