The first aim of this work is to propose the new financial low costs intervention method.The second aim is implementation of the method and effect evaluation.This intervention method is not based on any verified or concrete model and is synthesis and modification of knowing method.Approach have systematic and methodical positive feedback in the consequence of transactional analysis as are positive strokes, door-openers, on-line support of employees in the actual work, improvement of work meetings and improvement of company culture etc.For the evaluation of intervention effects, were collected data in self-evaluation questionnaire Stress Profile before and after the intervention.We achieved the statistical important improvement at 9 from total 15 items.After the intervention only 32% of employees had stress parameter over the norm. The results of research study and financial benefits for organization are described in a paper.
