The mastery of asking right questions in the right time can create a motivating atmosphere where every opinion is welcomed and taken into account. Such principle is suitable to use in the educational process and also in the working process. Everyone, who is asked to share his view on the problem, can feel usefulness which is highly interconnected with inner motivation. This paper discusses the importance of asking questions by teachers and managers and describes impact of such behaviour on students and employees.
