Multivariable adaptive decoupling temperature control of a thermo-anlyzer

  • Original language description

This paper deals with multivariable self-tuning temperature control of a thermo-analyzer. The decoupling method is used and the parameters of two independent controllers are derived using the deadbeat approach with reference signal tracking. The recursive least squares method (RLSM) with LD decomposition and directional forgetting is used to estimate the parameters of the process model. This multivariable controller has been designed specially for technological processes where process output variables without overshoot are desired and reference signals are changed with steps and linear increasing.
