Original language description
This study is a part of extensive ecological solution with the aim of decreasing of harmful and toxicological waste products on the environment. In this paper there is presented the importance and utilization of some hydrolytic bacterium Lactobacillus genes that catalyse lactose fermentation to lactic acid. White hide ammonium sulfate deliming is one of several technological parts of tannery production having a great impact on the environment contamination with ammonium ions. Dairy production is dealingwith similar problem connected with the ecological disposal of whey excess as its outflows bring serious risk connected with the damage of the environment. Using the remained lactose from whey and its fermentation conversion to lactic acid and its saltsa product is get that can replaced ecological defective ammonium sulfate used when deliming the white hide (tannery treated hide).
