The article describes application of FEM simulation software AdvantEdge? by ThirdWave for high-speed grinding process. Experimental computer simulation solves the influence of abrasive grain wear on the output parameters. Model was created for worn and sharp grinding grains. When higher cutting speed was used, the temperature increased. Experiment has been created in cooperation with Hungarian University of Miskolc - Department of Production Engineering.
