In vitro digestibility of apples and quinces

Original language description

Two cultivars varieties of apples and two cultivars of quinces were used for estimation of in vitro digestibility. The organic matter digestibility (OMD) and dry matter digestibility (DMD) were determined by in vitro gravimetric method. The in vitro OMDand DMD of two cultivars of tested apples were only about 2% higher (98.64% and 96.18%) than the two cultivars of quinces.
