This article is aimed at one of the most important company processes within the company management and at the same time at an area, which from the standpoint of company research receives and minimum attention. These are services in selected small and medium manufacture enterprises. The principal part of the article is devoted to presentation of results of the research. The first part analyzes the values´ chains. This analysis includes the organization´s characteristics, general description of the values´ chain and emphatically analyzes service activitis of individual companies.
