    CRM A EXCELENTNÍ ORGANIZACE

  • Original language description

A firm that wants to succeed in the current turbulently developing world has to monitor new trends in various fields and to try to be better than its competition. For an excellent organisation this applies double. If unsuccessful it is no good to blame it on trends of globalisation, the political situation in the country or in the world, new trends in business or the development in information technology. An excellent organisation must know all its customers well, understand them excellently, and try tocreate mutually beneficial interaction with them. Only the customers are judge and jury for the firm, because it is they who are the final arbitrators for the quality of products and services. Therefore successful firms in the Czech Republic and abroadhave implemented CRM into their business structures. They affirm that by taking this step they have gained competitive advantages against their competitors in the mass competition for the third millennium. Is this the truth or just empty
