In the conditions of the increasing lack of resources and, accordingly, their increasing cost (the global financial crisis the brightest example of that), one of the least expensive and one of the most effective resources is correct organizational culture management and search for new and innovative methods of companies running. The aim of this paper is to create a metaphorical model of organizational culture of an innovation enterprise basing on the research of organizational culture of theaters. One of the innovative approaches used is the metaphorical model. Using metaphor, we can see that theatre exists on the basis of innovations. The developed model pays attention to the fact that the integrity of innovative organization is supported by the general atmosphere of creativity, on unconscious beliefs, values, mission that are common for all members of the organization.
