Original language description
Budweiser Budvar, National Corporation, České Budějovice, is the third largest brewery in the Czech Republic and a major exporter of beer. At the same time, it is the only one of the major Czech breweries, which is still state owned. In late 2005, the Budweiser Budvar?s management decided to enter the Czech market with a new kind of draught beer, which would be different from the existing brand not to be sold at its expense. Therefore, the brewery addressed and gained new customers who had consumed draught beer of competitive brewery and market leader in draught beer. The competition supports the sale of beer by massive TV advertising and sponsoring top football league.
