The Process of Population Aging vs. 50+ Employees
Original language description
The article deals with the issue of process of population aging, since this process is much more intensive in the Czech Republic than in most other OECD member states. This problem is further deteriorated by the tendency of senior employees to leave thelabour market prematurely. The article also deals with the present-day population of 50+, which is, in comparison with the generation of their parents and grandparents, much more flexible and active. The article tries to find a connection between the company policy and the employees 50+ as vital bearers of qualification and knowledge potential.
