The modern liquid world goes through a wave of radical changes. The success of organizations therefore increasingly depends on whether we are able to adapt these changes. However for enabling this hidden ability of each organization to measure and evaluate the appropriate model has to be assembled. Aim of this paper is therefore create a model of immunity, which enables to measure the ability of organizations to adapt to changes in external environment and assess the current state of organizational adaptability. The pillar of he assembled model are two basic processes ? learning ability and responsiveness, which are mutually tied with immunity manifested in the form of perception-reaction and reaction-adaptation. Sensitivity function is derived from the theory of threshold phenomena. Function of responsiveness emerged from theories of leadership changes.
