Level trends of job supply and demands on the labor market in reality many times vary. It is important to analyze both sides continuously, and recognize the grounds of their discrepancy. This article is concentrating on employment analysis and student interest on work in financial sector. Czech labor market during the recent years is struggling more and more with problems of structural unemployment and with growth of unemployment among university graduates. Among those factors a student's career aspiration shall be mentioned, which can became the important force to deepen or lessen the labor market structural problems. Such research was performed by Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Faculty of Management and Economics during the year of 2012. For this research a Roe?s classification of occupations and theoretical conclusions was used.
