The aim of this article is to evaluate the current importance of mobile banking in the Czech banking sector, namely in the corporate segment and the possible influence of mobile banking busage on the customer satisfaction and subsequently on the financial performance of a bank. After the general theoretical study of the issue, realised by review of current research papers available, the study tested the level of mobile banking usage and satisfaction with this service in the corporate segment. For this purpose, we distributed a survey among 251 of Czech companies. Research proved that the overall level of usage of mobile banking is 21 % among companies. Companies are overall satisfied with mobile banking, when they use it. The most important reason, whycompanies do not use mobile banking is overall satisfaction with services provided via general communication channels.
