    This paper was created on the basis of the "Proposal of Methodology for Evaluating Free and Open Source ITIL(R) Tools." The paper focuses on the generally dividing and availability of ITIL(R) tools which is important for choosing the appropriate tool forimplementation. Implementation of proprietary SW is too expensive and many medium-sized and small companies cannot afford that. Main objectives of mentioned project was to provide the manual which may help IT managers and administrators whit ITIL(R) implementation in their companies.
