    The influence of ZnO nanoparticles content on the luminescence of the MEH-PPV in OLED devices

  • Original language description

    In this contribution, we try to enlighten the influence of ZnO nanoparticles in the polymer matrix. From these polymer mixtures with ZnO nanoparticles polymer OLEDs are prepared. From obtained data it is clearly seen that the presence of ZnO nanoparticles in the emissive layer influences: (i) the homogenity of OLED light radiation and (ii) the process of polymer degradation.
