This work is focused on the effect of bacteriocin nisin stabilized in the hydrophilic polymer matrix - polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the stability of cosmetic products. Nisin is a natural peptide composite of 34 amino acids with an antimicrobial effect produced by some strains of lactic acid bacteria.
