The goal of the paper is to present the results of a research carried out under an internal grant of College of Polytechnics Jihlava in 2015 in four public administration organisations in order to find out about the situation in these organisations in the area of complex quality management problems. The research was performed through a questionnaire survey executed in the Vysočina Region and in the ÚSK Banská Bystrica. The theoretical basis was a research of Raymond van Wijk et al. (2008), which had dealt with process management in organisations from the perspective of the use and transfer of intangible capital in intraorganisational and interorganisational context. The first stage of the project focused on assessing the situation in the area of existing conditions for state and local administration activities performance and the existing processes in the surveyed organisations.
