The COVID-19 pandemic and strict lockdown measures have very severely affected many spheres of human lives as well as global economy. Banking system including consumer behaviour in retail banking has been affected by COVID-19 crisis, too. The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on consumer behaviour concerning banking sector and especially retail banking in the Czech Republic. Author used questionnaire for peoples form South Bohemia region and Jihlava region. Author compares situation before, during and after COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover author use mathematical and statistical methods, for detail investigation of data.
