    Within acute or subchronic tests the influence of sinusoid magnetic field (SMF) on the penetration of manganese (Mn) in the brain of rats, experimentally exposed to suspension of MnO2 instilled into the lungs. In acute tests significant increase of Mn level in the brains of rats with previous exposure to SMF as compared to controls without this exposure (Mn instillation only) was observed.

    V akutních a subchronických pokusech byl studován vliv sinusoidního magnetického pole (SMF) na průnik manganu (Mn) do mozku potkanů, kteří byli pokusně exponováni instilaci suspense MnO2 do plic. V akutních pokusech byl zjištěn signifikantní vzestup hladiny manganu v mozku potkanů s předcházející expozicí SMF ve srovnání s kontrolami bez této expozice (pouze instilace Mn).
