  • Original language description

The study was devoted to the observation of the integrity of blood-brain barrier after exposure of rats to inorganic manganese (Mn) compound individually or in combination with the experimental electromagnetic field radiation (EMF) of 900 MHz.Rats were exposed to Mn via lungs. Within the first acute test increased Mn brain retention was observed in rats with exposure to Mn + EMF as compared to Mn exposure only. Only tendency for such result was observed within repeated tests.
