Introductory study of 3 inorganic manganese (Mn) substances is depicting the penetration of Mn within the rat's brain after modelled inhalatory exposure by intratracheal instillation of solutions or suspension of chemicals mentioned.Inorganic manganese substances may endanger human health in conditions of occupational as well as non-occupational exposure. Significant entry of all 3 substances tested into the rat´s brain as compared to untreated rats was evident.

Úvodní studie 3 anorganických sloučenin manganu se týká průniku manganu do mozku potkana po modelované inhalační exposici pomocí intratracheální instilace roztoků nebo suspense těchto látek.Anorganické sloučeniny manganu mohou ohrozit zdraví člověka v rámci profesionální i ne-profesionální exposice. V pokusech byl zřejmý signifikantní vstup všech 3 testovaných sloučenin manganu do mozku potkana ve srovnání s kontrolami.
