Anotace anglicky
The objectives of the Fulbright-Masaryk Fellowships include - To offer the opportunity for research fellowships in the U.S. to those individuals whose scientific and personal potential holds promise for successful employment and the production of internationally comparable and competitive results in research, development and innovation; - to give Czech scientists the opportunity to collaborate with their American colleagues and at the same time to get to know various aspects of practical life in the USA; - to help the next generation of scientists to learn about the benefits of internationalisation of scientific work and thus contribute to their pursuit of this goal upon their return to the Czech Republic at universities and other scientific institutions; - all scholarship holders are legally obliged, thanks to the J1 visa, to return to the Czech Republic for at least two years after their stay in the USA and to pass on their newly acquired experience here (this rule prevents the departure of promising scientists to foreign research institutions).
