Anotace anglicky

The project aims to promote the creation of high-quality biotechnology research team integrating two outstanding postdoctoral scientists. Postdocs will affect the primary target group, researchers working in the IBT first incubator in Vestec and after the opening of the center BIOCEV IBT on workers and workers BIOCEV. Cooperation postdocs, mentors and target groups build a strong and unique team of experts able to apply modern methods of biotechnology research. Postdocs are also involved in activities on the target group of students and staff of the University of South Bohemia, participate in regular training and organize the attic JU two specialized seminars. The project will increase the education, skills and competitiveness of the target group, theintroduction of advanced methods in biotechnology research, obtaining new results and their publication and promotion of further career development postdocs.

Zhodnocení výsledků projektu

Postdoktorandky se aktivně zapojily pod vedením svých mentorů do výzkumných programů. Získané výsledky výzkumu byly prezentovány na mezinárodních konferencích a publikovány v odborných časopisech. Zahraniční cesty obou postdoktorandek jim umožnily seznámit se s novými náročnými technikami, prohloubit spolupráci amerických pracovišť a rozvinout síť kontaktů s ostatními vědeckými pracovníky.
