Increasing of the R&D capacity at Charles University through new positions for graduates of doctoral studies

Anotace anglicky

University creates 32 new jobs for the graduates of doctoral studies on their 4 faculties. These posts will be filled on the basis of tenders by young graduates who obtained their PhD at the renowned R & D institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Existing research teams will be strengthened with new views, modern approaches and methods as well as contacts with the partner institutions. Part of a three-year project internship PD in length from 3 to 6 months at major institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad and / or in a manufacturing company to implement enabling transfer of knowledge and technology. A very important part of the activities of PD are teaching. The knowledge gained about 32 promising young scientists to pass on more than two thousand people from the target groups: pre-and post-graduate students, as well as other PD colleagues in your team and other scientists in compulsory education, seminars, workshops and summer schools.

Zhodnocení výsledků projektu

Hlavním cílem projektu bylo přispět ke zkvalitnění personálního zabezpečení VaV včetně zlepšení odborné přípravy. V projektu byl také kladen důraz na intersektorální mobilitu. Výsledky výzkumné činnosti byly prezentovány na mezinárodních konferencích a publikovány v odborných časopisech. Postdoktorandi vnesli do stávajících vědecko-výzkumných týmů nové pohledy, byli zdrojem navazování kontaktů.
