Eliminating Barriers for the Application of Research Results

Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project is to strengthen the position of BC Transfer Division within the BC structure and to create a stable and well-established team of experts, in terms of optimization and development, with clearly defined processes and technology transfer management in the organization. This will provide the maximum possible support for the systematic direction of BC to applied and oriented research, supported by steadily anchored process procedures. Researchers must be aware of the need to remove barriers that hinder the actual use of research results. The ongoing state of potential and ongoing cooperation will be recorded in the newly acquired information system and will be supported by the systematic collaboration of scientists with experts from the TTU. Furthermore, in line with the Regional Annex to the National RIS3 Strategy, and in cooperation with the South Bohemian Agency for the Promotion of Innovative Entrepreneurship (JAIP), systemic support for the use of non-public resources for BC research funding will be analyzed and established. This activity reflects the need for increased collaboration and technology transfer identified in the Key Area of ​​Change B in Regional RIS3. In connection with the newly established principles and findings, it is likely that the members of the current Commercialization Council will be updated to respond to current needs and to implement the RIS3 strategy.

Zhodnocení výsledků projektu

V rámci projektu se zaměstnanci Biologického centra AV ČR, v. v. i zúčastnili několika desítek školení se zaměřením na oblasti od vedení týmu a projektového řízení spolupráce s průmyslem až po jednání s vědci. Byl vytvořen komplexní informační systém s přehlednou evidencí aktivit Úseku transferu technologií Biologického centra AV ČR, v. v. i zahrnující údaje mj. o výsledcích výzkumu, evidenci předmětů průmyslově-právní ochrany, probíhajících partnerstvích, provozovaných laboratořích a jejich vybavení s možnostmi jejich využití aj.
