Anotace anglicky

The objective of the EFSA-CDN project is to increase the effectiveness and safety of drugs and nutraceuticals and to increase the competitiveness of the R & D center on an international scale. The EFSA-CDN project supports problem-oriented research of an interdisciplinary nature in the field of enhancing the efficacy and safety of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals through the development of selected excellent research teams composed of the best FaF UK practitioners with R3 and R4 expertise, foreign excellent scientists who have long- USA, UK, Sweden, Australia, France, as well as young research talents, 3 research programs, especially in the areas of synthesis and development of new anti-infective and anti-cancer drugs and antidotes, in the field of drug resistance overdos, xenobiochemistry of enzymes and drug transporters, in the field of biopharmacy of skin and placental barriers, and in the field of new analytical methods for the development of drugs and nutraceuticals. EFSA-CDN further stimulates international cooperation with leading scientific research institutions abroad, develops international partnerships to prepare joint international projects (H2020 grant level), contributes significantly to the modernization of instrumental infrastructure and enables the support and integration of highly motivated young researchers from the Czech Republic foreign universities into this project. The achievement of the partial objectives of the project aims at producing excellent results in several areas of pharmaceutical research on the safety and efficacy of drugs and nutraceuticals, increasing the internationally competitive quality of research and the gradual commercialization of scientific results with a perspective of long-term use.
